BEDFORD HEIGHTS, Ohio - A new billboard along Interstate 271 is causing quite a stir.

The billboard celebrates the past 50 years that Bedford Heights has been a city. Each of its past mayors is included on the billboard -- including Jimmy Dimora.

Dimora has been indicted on federal corruption charges while he was serving as a Cuyahoga County commissioner. His case has yet to go to trial and he has maintained his innocence.

Current Mayor Fletcher Berger defended the billboard, saying we live in a country where people are innocent until proven guilty. Dimora is simply one of several mayors who have served the city of Bedford Heights.

The billboard could potentially change should former Mayor Dimora be convicted of corruption charges.
