CLEVELAND - Men’s Health ranked Cleveland among one of the worst cities in America for men, giving it some of its worst grades in three categories.
The magazine published its 12th annual list of places where men should want to live and the places they should run from. Unfortunately, Cleveland was in the latter.
Cleveland came in at No. 94 out of all the cities accessed. It was given a “D-“ grade for health, an “F” for quality of life and a “D” for fitness. Cities that ranked lower include Toledo (No. 97), Charleston, W.Va. (No. 98) and last on the list was Birmingham, Ala. (No. 100).
Columbus, Ohio, came in at No. 63 and Cincinnati landed the No. 72 spot. Pittsburgh scored No. 67.
Men’s Health said it uses more than a dozen data sources to assemble the city rankings in 38 different criteria, which includes air quality to unemployment.
The top five cities include:
1. Boise, ID
2. San Jose, CA
3. San Francisco, CA
4. Plano, TX
5. Seattle, WA
