CLEVELAND - If your breakfast usually consists of a king size Snickers bar, enjoy it now.

Mars, the makers of Snickers, will stop selling candy bars with more than 250 calories in them by the end of next year. That means the 540 calorie king Snickers are going away.

It's all part of a push for more “responsible” snacking, according to a statement from Mars.

The company also plans to reduce sodium levels in all of its products by 2015.
