CLEVELAND - Two floors of a downtown Cleveland apartment building were evacuated for a fire Thursday night.
The fire happened at the Carter Manor apartments, the largest apartment building downtown, shortly after 7 p.m.
Cleveland Division of Fire spokesman Larry Gray said they got everyone out of the seventh and eighth floors quickly. No one was hurt.
Red Cross also responded to the scene on Prospect Avenue to help those displaced by the blaze.
