LOS ANGELES - Prosecutors say a man has been charged with stabbing two people at a subway station in Hollywood earlier this month.
The Los Angeles County district attorney's office says 25-year-old Lang David Dunbar was arrested in Cleveland, Ohio over the weekend and is awaiting extradition to LA.
Prosecutors say Dunbar is suspected of stabbing a man and woman with a box cutter after arguing with them at the Red Line station early Nov. 1.
The woman sustained a gash to the face and to the back of one arm. The man was slashed in the neck.
Authorities say the assailant fled after the stabbing.
Dunbar faces charges of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and mayhem.
Prosecutors have recommended that bail be set at more than $2.1 million.
