CLEVELAND - Cleveland police need help tracking down a man accused in a New Year’s Day murder.
Marcellus Smith and his brother, Montel Smith, broke into a house on Hilgert Avenue on Jan. 1 and killed Nathan Brown with a shotgun, police said. Montel Smith has already been arrested, but 22-year-old Marcellus remains on the loose.
Police said Marcellus Smith is about 6 foot 1 and weighs 175 pounds. He is considered armed and dangerous, and is wanted for aggravated murder.
