CLEVELAND - A Cleveland man wanted for possession of child pornography was arrested in Texas after police say his grandmother pointed a BB gun at police.

Detectives searched an RV outside of Houston, Texas at about 6 p.m. Wednesday where 23-year-old Shane Anthony Trumble was living with his father and grandmother.

He was ordered out of the RV, but his grandmother, Cynthia Sue Trumble, pointed what officers thought was a handgun at them, police said. She said she was going to shoot them, but eventually dropped the weapon.

Montgomery County constables were able to arrest Trumble and 62-year-old Cynthia. The gun turned out to be a BB gun and she was charged with interfering with public duties.

Shane Trumble, who is a registered sex offender in Ohio, was charged with four counts of possession of child pornography. Authorities said he has been living in the area since June 2012 and will be extradited back to Ohio.

While searching the family’s residence at the RV park, detectives discovered iPads, computers and hard drives filled with images of children performing sex acts, the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable's Office said. Police also removed a trash can containing at least 30 pairs of young girls’ underwear.

The RV park manager said dozens of children live on the property and to protect everyone involved, he evicted Trumble’s family. Houston-area investigators are looking into whether he had any improper contact with local children.
