CLEVELAND - Police said "Lost" actor Matthew Fox got into a scuffle Saturday night in Cleveland with a bus driver in The Flats.
The actor reportedly wanted a ride back to his hotel on a private party bus and was upset when the driver, a woman, told him he wasn't welcome to ride. Fox had been at Christie's Cabaret -- a strip club -- on Main Avenue prior to the incident, sources inside the club told NewsChannel5.
Fox tried to get on the bus anyway, but the driver stepped in front of him and repeatedly told Fox he couldn't hitch a ride. At that point, Fox allegedly began punching the woman in the chest and stomach.
According to the police report, party bus driver Heather Bormann, 29, retaliated and punched Fox in the mouth, cutting his lip -- and possibly breaking her hand.
TMZ.com reported the bus driver said she punched Fox in self-defense.
Following the scuffle, Fox was turned over to a friend and taken by taxi to his hotel.
The police report stated the incident was alcohol related.
Fox is likely in town for filming of the movie "I, Alex Cross."
Sources at Christie's said Fox returned the next morning, but the reason for the second visit was unclear.
