NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio - JCPenney has been around for 110 years serving its customers with quality service and merchandise.

As of Wednesday, the retail store has a bright new look and several changes, all for the benefit of its loyal and new customers.

A new logo and no more sales pitches. With the theme "fair and square pricing," new labels will indicate one of three ways items are priced. Everyday in red, month-long values in white and best-priced in blue. Having nothing complicated or tricky, customers are very pleased.

From satisfaction of prices to variety of merchandise to easy handling of returns, every aspect of business at the retail chain is well received.

JCPenney is taking the first steps on its path to reclaiming its birthright and becoming America's favorite store.
