CLEVELAND - The Home Depot is already preparing for its busy spring selling season, looking to hire 1,350 seasonal workers in the Cleveland area.
Home Depot said half of the temporary positions turned into permanent employment with the company last year.
Returning military servicemen/servicewomen and veterans who are interested in applying for a job can do so online at www.careers.homedepot.com/military.
The company recently launched its Online Military Skills Translator to help match unique military skills with positions at Home Depot.
Seasonal workers jobs will be based on their previous retail or home improvement experience and on the needs of individual stores.
If you're interested in applying, you can visit http://careers.homedepot.com, select "In-Store Hourly" in Cleveland and then click "Search."
