CLEVELAND - Keep a close eye on your smartphone. New data shows thefts are high in Cleveland.

The gadget-insurance company Protect Your Bubble ranked the worst U.S. cities for smartphone loss or theft and put Cleveland at number seven on the list.

Philadelphia is the worst, according to the research, followed by Seattle, Oakland, Long Beach and Newark.

Their data says 113 smartphones are lost or stolen in the United States every minute.

They also found the top places to lose a phone are at fast-food restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, coffee shops and the office.
