Female driver arrested after hitting woman with car in Cleveland

CLEVELAND - A Cleveland woman is recovering this morning after being struck by a car late Sunday night on the city's west side.

Cleveland police tell NewsChannel5 around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, a woman was struck by a car driven by a female driver along West 91st Street near Denison Avenue.

Paramedics took the victim to MetroHealth Medical Center in stable condition.

Police arrested the female driver in connection with the incident.
