CLEVELAND - A stretch of Euclid Avenue has reopened after a water pipe break in University Circle caused a closure Friday morning.
Water gushed onto Euclid Avenue after the pipe broke inside a Case Western Reserve University building on Adelbert Road, causing icy conditions.
This closed the eastbound lane of Euclid Avenue at East Blvd in front of Severance Hall. Traffic is using bus lanes.
Crews salted the road now and it was reopened before 6 a.m.
