East 133rd Street homicide victim identified

CLEVELAND - The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the homicide victim from E.133rd Street and Horner Avenue as Kenneth L. Thomas Jr., 35, of Cleveland.
The incident happened Thursday around 4:30 p.m.
Officers arrived on scene and found Thomas lying on the ground on the 13000 block of Horner Avenue with a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
He was pronounced dead on scene.
There are no suspects at this time.
