CLEVELAND - A Cleveland woman is a millionaire after winning a second-tier prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game.

Dawn Watson won $50,000 a year for 20 years, a $1,000,000 prize, after scratching a $5 Million Cash Blowout ticket.

Watson purchased the ticket from EZ Mart Food Store on Rocky River Drive in Cleveland.

Watson chose the cash option. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld, she will receive $355,000.
