Cleveland Vice Detectives arrested a man for promoting underage prostitution Monday

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Police Department Second District Vice Detectives made an underage prostitution bust at a local hotel Monday.
The detectives arrested a male and female for promoting the prostitution of a 17-year-old female at a hotel on West 150th Street.
Officers have charged Christopher D. Kelley with promoting prostitution.
The female suspect was later released pending further investigation.
The condition of the underage woman remains unknown.
No other details are being released at this time.
