CLEVELAND - The city of Cleveland is hosting a race relations forum Tuesday night on the city’s west side.
The forum is being hosted by Cleveland’s Community Relations Board and Metro Health System, and will be held at the Hispanic Senior Center at 7800 Detroit Avenue from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The mayor’s office said there will be a community dialogue held in each of the city’s five districts over the next 12 months.
The mission of the Community Relations Board is to “promote amicable relations among the various ethnic, racial, religious and other groups.”
The city hopes to improve overall race relations throughout Cleveland, as well as engage meaningful conversations between residents and key stakeholders.
The full schedule of forums has not yet been released.
