CLEVELAND - A standoff has ended with three people taken into custody.
Cleveland police blocked off a portion of Lorain Avenue while SWAT responded to a situation following shots fired in the area of West 119th Street and Lorain Avenue. Officers said they saw a gun left in a SUV from which three men ran into an apartment.
One of those in custody was already in the apartment and arrested on an unrelated warrant. One suspect remains at large, according to police.
They said they recovered a gun and a license plate that was covered with a T-shirt.
Lorain Avenue has reopened after being blocked from West 117th Street to West 123rd Street.
