CLEVELAND - Cleveland police and SWAT officers were involved in a five-hour standoff after a man barricaded himself inside a home in the 3400 block of West 120th Street around 7 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, the original call was a domestic violence call.
Once officers were at the home, they say the man was seen threatening with a weapon.
Family members were evacuated from the home. The Cleveland SWAT Team and negotiators were brought to the home.
Just before midnight, the man gave himself up to the SWAT team peacefully.
Police did not release what type of weapon the man had or his identity.
