Cleveland shooting leaves man in serious condition, shooter at large

CLEVELAND - Cleveland police are investigating an overnight shooting that left a man in serious condition late Tuesday night.

The shooting happened just before 11 p.m. along the 600 block of East 127th Street near Shaw Avenue.

While paramedics rushed the man to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition, they tell NewsChannel5 the victim is expected to survive.

Police have yet to identify any suspects in the shooting or make any arrests.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call the Cleveland Police Department at 216-623-5000.
