CLEVELAND - If you're looking for love, you may be in the right place.

Cleveland ranked as one of the top 10 cities to find love. According to website the Daily Beast, Cleveland is the ninth best city to find love.

The website looked at the nation's 104 biggest cities, and then picked 50 cities based on the singles population and marriage and divorce rates.

The science is pretty straight forward:

Some cities have high percentages of single men and women.

Some foster a culture that places a higher value on marriage, and some cities just have better looking people. That's all according to the website.

The Daily Beast also looked at the happiness factor of residents in each place, using the most recent Gallop Healthways Well Being Index , which measures physical and emotional health and healthy behaviors.

The top city for finding love was San Antonio, Texas, following by Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Austin, Texas.

Detroit and Jacksonville, Florida came in last.
