CLEVELAND - Cleveland police said since 3-year-old Emilliano Terry disappeared from Kossuth Park around 5:05 p.m. Sunday, there hasn't been a single sighting. Det. Jennifer Ciaccia said the FBI is now involved in the search for the missing boy.

"We are in the process of pulling video from any establishment that may have cameras on their buildings to determine if the child was there," explained police Cmdr. Deon McCaulley.

K-9s were brought to Kossuth Park on Sunday night where police said the dogs indicated "a scent in the park related to Emilliano."

"We've checked the route they traveled from home to the park extensively," said McCaulley. "We've gone door-to-door, checked vacant homes, garages, dumpsters. There have been no sightings of this boy."

The mother, Camilia Terry, 20, told authorities she was pushing one of her other two children in a swing when Emilliano disappeared from the park. She immediately called 911. During the afternoon news conference, detectives said three different times different officers searched the mother's home and did a walk through with her.

NewsChannel5's Michael Baldwin asked a series of questions during the news conference:

Baldwin: An officer told me the mother was pushing the 5-year-old in a swing at the park and when she turned her back, she lost track of the child. Is that correct?
McCaulley: That's accurate.
Baldwin: So which way was she pushing the child? Toward the fence or away from the fence?
McCaulley: She indicated that she was pushing toward the fence.
Baldwin: So her back was to the street?
McCaulley: From my understanding, that's correct.
Baldwin: So how does a 5-year-old see a 3-year-old get into a black car?
McCaulley: I'm sorry I can't answer that. I can only take the statement from the child.

The 5-year-old told authorities he saw a car in the area, "but we don't have anything at this point to place Emilliano in that car," McCaulley said.

Another reporter asked authorities if there was any evidence that Emilliano wasn't even in the park.

"We're checking on this to see if it's accurate," McCaulley explained. "There is no history of incidents with this family....I can only take it as this is credible..We're proceeding as if this is a missing child investigation."

The department still needs your help bringing Emilliano back home safely. If you see the 2 1/2 foot tall boy who weighs 30 pounds, call 911, 216-621-1234 or 216-623-5418.

While this case is not an AMBER Alert, Clear Channel has put Emilliano's picture up on east side billboards. The police report notes "foul play" is suspected.

The news conference was held at the Fourth District Police Headquarters in Cleveland. Another conference is not planned.
