CLEVELAND - On Sunday morning, Cleveland police said a jaywalker was at Ontario Street and South Roadway when he was struck by a driver who left the scene.

The incident happened around 1:45 a.m. and sent Michael Keough, 27, to the hospital.

Authorities said a white, 4-door car had a green light southbound on Ontario Street, but didn't slow down or try to avoid hitting Keough.

The graphic video above shows the car driving away after hitting the man, and a group of people running to help him.

The 27-year-old who was hit has since been treated and released from MetroHealth Medical Center.

Police need your help finding the hit-skip vehicle which they believe to be a white, 4-door Crown Victoria or Mercury Marquis. It's also reported that the car will have damage to its left bumper and lower front windshield.

If you see the vehicle pictured, or know anything about the incident, Cleveland police ask you anonymously call them at 216-623-5295.
