CLEVELAND -

Cleveland police officers say the driver involved in a hit-skip accident last September has turned himself in Tuesday.

The crash happened at West 31st Street and Denison Avenue, and injured 12-year-old Katie Adkins.

Police said the driver turned himself in Tuesday and will be charged with aggravated vehicular assault and felony hit skip.
