CLEVELAND - Cleveland officials plan to give an update on the administrative review of the Nov. 29 pursuit and shooting.

Mayor Frank Jackson, Safety Director Martin Flask and Police Chief Michael McGrath will address the media at 11 a.m. at City Hall. Newsnet5.com plans to stream the news conference live on line and on your mobile device.

No other information was immediately released.

The 25-minute chase ended in East Cleveland with 13 officers firing 137 rounds, killing Timothy Russell and passenger Malissa Williams.

Authorities said officers heard a gunshot outside the Justice Center which prompted the chase turned deadly shooting.

The investigation into the chase and shooting is being handled by East Cleveland, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's office and Ohio's Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
