CLEVELAND - Cleveland police were involved in a car chase early Tuesday morning. That chase ended with the suspect crashing into a guard rail after exiting the highway.

The chase started on the east side of Cleveland on Kinsman Road just before 1 a.m. and ended at the West 7th Street exit from I-490 East.

Police arrested one man and said they are not sure why he ran.

The car had Pennsylvania license plates.
