HOUSTON - Two people wanted for murder in Cleveland were taken into custody in Texas early Tuesday morning.
James McApline and Courtney Greene, wanted for Aggravated Murder and Obstructing Justice, were arrested without incident at 3:30 a.m., at an America's Inn in Houston by the US Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force.
Both are currently in the Harris County jail awaiting extradition to Cleveland.
