CLEVELAND - A Cleveland man was arrested and charged on Sunday after allegedly firing a .38 caliber revolver inside Tower City.
Police in Cleveland said Lennard Hubbard, 24, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday after a brief foot chase with authorities.
Hubbard is accused of shooting through the ceiling at Tower City's food court.
There were no reported injuries.
Hubbard has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
According to the police report, Hubbard carries the gun for protection and said it accidentally fired after he dropped it on the mall floor.
Hubbard is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning in Cleveland.
