CLEVELAND - Cleveland firefighter suffers minor injuries after battling west side blaze

A Cleveland firefighter suffered a minor knee injury while battling a blaze on the city's west side.

The fire broke out around 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of West 114th St.

Fire officials said one adult and two children were displaced by the fire but were not hurt. The Red Cross is helping the family.

The cause of the fire and a damage estimate are not known.

The injured firefighter is being evaluated at a local hospital.
