Cleveland police said Wednesday 44-year-old Paul Magnuson was extradited from New Jersey and indicted on charges of rape, kidnapping and gross sexual imposition.

Police said the victim was a 14-year-old boy from Parma who he mentored for two years. The victim told investigators he spent the night at home of a man named "Paul" from Big Brothers Big Sisters about "18 to 20 times” and last year that man sexually assaulted him three to four times.

Magnuson was arrested last month. He is from Cleveland, but also worked as a TSA agent out of Frankfurt, Germany. The police report said he left the U.S. about six months ago.

His next court hearing is set for Nov. 28 at 8:30 a.m. in Cuyahoga County.
