CLEVELAND - Cleveland police are investigating after they said a man shot his ex-girlfriend and daughter before turning the gun on himself on the city’s northeast side late Monday night.
A 24-year-old man, 22-year-old woman, and 6-year-old girl were found dead outside of a home on Hillview Road near Olympia Road, according to a Cleveland police commander at the scene.
Cleveland police and paramedics were called to the home shortly after 11 p.m. Monday.
Police said the man took the woman, who was his ex-girlfriend, and his 6-year-old daughter outside at gunpoint, shooting both and then himself.

Three others inside the home at the time of the shooting were uninjured.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s office removed the bodies shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday.
They have identified the victims as 22-year-old Nakisha Jackson, 6-year-old Kammia Perry and 24-year-old Demar Perry, all of Cleveland.
Police are continuing to investigate and do not yet know a motive.
