CLEVELAND - Cleveland police and EMS are at the scene of a home where the owners say a car hit a house and then took off.
The hit-skip happened around 1:50 p.m. on Jean Avenue near E. 146th Street.
Police said the suspect drove his vehicle into the home then fled.
One person was injured.
