CLEVELAND - A man who streaked at the Browns preseason game Thursday night could be eligible for a program that leads to the dismissal of his charges.
Anthony Saveriano, of Northfield, Ohio, who is charged with criminal trespassing and public indecency, appeared in court Tuesday morning.
Per a review, the 20-year-old may qualify for a type of selective intervention program because he has no prior criminal record. After certain requirements are fulfilled, charges might be dismissed
Saveriano is due back in court on Sept. 10 for a decision on whether or not he’s eligible for this program.
Video taken by fans at the game shows the streaker running across the field at FirstEnergy Stadium before being tackled by an employee.
