CLEVELAND - Marc Doumbas, 44, of Westlake, and Giles Timothy Marshall, 63, of Olmsted Falls, were each arraigned on two counts of bribery. Doumbas also faces one additional felony charge in this case from an Oct. 31 incident.
Between April 19 and Nov. 6, 2012, Doumbas and Marshall are accused of attempting to bribe a witness in a rape case on two separate occasions. The attorneys reportedly tried to have a victim on a criminal case change their testimony in exchange for cash.
