CLEVELAND - A Florida man was arrested Sunday morning at Cleveland Hopkins Airport for having a gun in his carry-on.
Cleveland Police said a 74-year-old man from Cape Coral, Florida was arrested around 7:20 a.m. after he had gone through the checkpoint x-ray machine and a handgun was found in his carry-on luggage.
The man was placed under arrest and taken to the Division’s Central Prison Unit, where he is awaiting charges.
