CLEVELAND - No one was hurt after an airplane slid off of the taxiway at Hopkins International Airport Friday morning.
United Flight 1639, a Boeing 737, was inbound from Fort Lauderdale when it landed on runway 6L then slid into the grass while on the taxiway around 10:45 a.m., according to Hopkins Airport and the FAA.
United said the 103 passengers and five crew members are now off the plane and in the terminal.
Photos from people who were on the plane show skid marks in the mud off the taxiway.
