CLEVELAND - Cleveland police are investigating after man was found lying on near a highway overnight.
Police tell NewsChannel5 they were called to a stretch of Interstate 71 near West 25th Street after receiving a call from an Ohio Department of Transportation Crew of a body on the expressway.
On scene, police located a man that they describe as conscious and talking.
It is not yet clear if the man was injured, but police believe he was intoxicated.
No accidents were reported as a result of the man lying on the highway.
