CLEVELAND - An argument at a Cleveland Walmart store overnight turned into a potential kidnapping and ended with an arrest.

Police said it happened around midnight at the Steelyard Walmart in Cleveland. About a half a dozen police cruisers rushed out there. And police said it all started with a fight.

According to police on the scene, a woman and her boyfriend got in an argument. Then, the boyfriend took off in a vehicle with the woman's 2-year-old still in the car.

But police said right after he left Walmart the man dropped the kid off at a relative's house, unharmed and took off again.

But because he left with the kid in the car police said the man faced kidnapping charges.

Authorities haven't released the man's name but said he was arrested overnight. No word on the official charges.
