CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio - Police are asking for the public's help to track down Jason Tait , 28, of Cleveland Heights.
Officers with the Cleveland Heights Police Department posted to the department's Facebook page that Tait is wanted for attempted murder and aggravated arson.
According to police, Tait allegedly shot at his ex-girlfriend and then set her home on fire in the area of Kildare Road and Goodnor Road on Sunday, October 28. Following the incident, Tait fled from police. He was last seen near East 149th and St. Clair Avenue.
Tait is known to frequent the Cleveland Heights area. Police consider Tait to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on Tait's whereabouts is advised not to approach him, but to instead call Cleveland Heights Police immediately at (216) 321-1234.
