CLEVELAND - An elderly woman’s Hoveround wheelchair was stolen at the Steelyard Commons Walmart on Wednesday, Cleveland police said.
Lucy Napper, 75, left her Hoveround at the security desk and switched to an electric wheelchair provided by Walmart because it had a basket. When she returned, her Hover Around was gone.
Cleveland police are asking anyone with information on Napper’s wheelchair to call the Second District Detective Bureau at 216-623-5218. Anonymous tips can be given to Crime Stoppers at 216-252-7463, or by texting “TIP657” to 274637.
