CLEVELAND - A woman has been arrested after an elderly woman was found stabbed to death in her home in Cleveland Friday morning, police said.
Cleveland police said the 72-year-old's body was discovered at about 6:30 a.m. The victim lived on Norwood Road about a block from the St. Clair Recreation Center on the city's east side.
Paramedic reported the victim was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said a 54-year-old woman was arrested in connection with the incident, but no charges have been filed yet.
