CLEVELAND - The death of a 4-month-old baby girl is under investigation Monday morning.
According to Cleveland police, officers were called out to a home in the 500 block of East 103rd Street early Monday morning for a non-responsive child.
Officers arrived at the scene and found a 4-month-old Rose Hogan unconscious.
The baby was transported to University Hospital where she was pronounced dead around 3:30 a.m.
The child’s 19-year-old father was arrested for felonious assault and child endangering. He was released Monday evening as the prosecutor's office continues its investigation.
