2 arrested in dual homicide case

CLEVELAND - Two men were arrested Tuesday in connection with the July 17 homicides of Kenneth Green and Miley Slaughter, police said.
Former fugitives Montez Logan, 22, of Akron, and Demetrius E. Allen, 22, of Garfield Heights, were both arrested for aggravated murder at the Justice Center, detectives said.
Both men are being held by Cleveland police.
