CLEVELAND - Cleveland police arrested a 18-year-old for carrying synthetic marijuana in a Scooby Doo snack container.
It happened in the 3600 block of East 144th Street.
The police report said the teen was a passenger in a 1997 Ford Explorer with no headlights. Once he was spotted, cops said the driver of the Ford took off and made a turn not using a signal into a driveway.
Two males got out of the car and did comply with officers. Both were patted down and the 18-year-old was taken into custody, along with his Scooby Doo snacks container.
