Cleveland makes top 20 list for working moms

CLEVELAND - Cleveland has made it into the top 20 on Forbes Woman' s list of best places to live for working moms. The city tied with Virginia Beach and Indianapolis for the 18th spot.
Forbes Woman based its list on women's earnings, employment rates, crime levels, pediatric health care, school systems and the cost of living.
Minneapolis is number one on the 2010 list.
Ranking 18th is a huge improvement for Cleveland, which placed 34th on the list in 2009.
