SOLON, Ohio - Three employees of the Blue Fig Restaurant were forced into a basement early Sunday as two men robbed the eatery, police said.
At about 2:43 a.m. Sunday, two men brandishing guns entered the restaurant located at 63372 Som Center Road.
The suspects, described as black males wearing grey hooded sweatshirts over their heads, forced the employees into the basement.
One of the employees had a wallet containing cash and credit cards taken by one of suspects. The suspects then took about $400 in cash from a register in the bar area.
The suspects then fled on foot, south toward Aurora Road.
The Twinsburg Police Departments' K-9 was used to search for the suspects, but was unsuccessful.
The Solon Police Department continues to investigate the incident.
