AKRON, Ohio - Akron police are investigating a deadly shooting on the city’s west side.
Just after 10 p.m. Wednesday night, officers were called to the 700 block of Roselle Avenue.
While on the scene, police found a gunshot victim. Paramedics transported Tramein Walker, 27, to Akron General Medical Center, where he died a short time later from his injuries.
Police canvassed nearby neighborhoods in search of a suspect.
Detectives have issued a warrant for the suspect, 28-year-old Christopher Meadows, police said.
