AKRON, Ohio - Flames were shooting from a house in Akron Wednesday morning.
The fire broke out at about 6:30 a.m. on Beck Avenue between Payne Avenue and Crosby Street.
Dispatchers said there were people home when the fire started, but all got out safely.
According to a woman who lived in the home the fire started on the second floor of the three story home.
Our crew at the scene reports seeing flames and heavy smoke coming from the home.
