CANTON, Ohio - A Canton woman has been arrested for the second time in less than a year on animal cruelty charges.
Canton police said Christina Bour, 27, had five dogs that appeared extremely malnourished, one of which was losing hair because of it.
Three of those dogs were the same ones police said they removed from the same residence on May 31, 2011.
Bour was charged with numerous counts of animal cruelty for that incident.
