AKRON, Ohio - A 48-year-old Akron woman, convicted by jurors of not disclosing she had HIV to sexual partners, is headed to prison.

Judge Robert Brown sentenced Kelley Bean, 48, of Lima, to eight years in prison on Monday.

Bean, who is HIV positive, had sex with two different men without telling them she had the virus.

A jury found Bean guilty of two counts of felonious assault on Feb. 8.
